Stir Fry Sauce
(for use with chicken or beef or lamb and long grain/ jasmine rice)
Ingredients:
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
Thai House® Spicy Basil Stir Fry Sauce - 50 ml.
Chicken, beef or lamb cut into small slices - 40 gms per portion
Red and green chilli peppers- sliced diagonally - 2-3pieces
Basil leaves ( holy basil leaves preferable) - 1 handful
Long grain / jasmine rice - 200gms
Method:
1. Heat oil in wok or pan, add meat and stir fry for 2 minutes.
2. Add Thai House® Spicy Basil Stir Fry Sauce and half mixed red and green chilli.
3. Throw in basil leaves and toss together.
4. Serve over long grain / jasmine rice. Garnish with remaining chilli peppers.
