(for use with prawns, chicken or pork)
Ingredients:
Thai House® Pad Thai Sauce - 1 sachet
Thai House® Pad Thai Noodle - 1 packet
Prawns - 4-5 medium size or sliced chicken or pork- 40 gms
Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp
One medium egg
Bean sprout - 1 handful
Lemon - 1 wedge
One spring onions cut in 2” lengths
Crushed peanuts- optional - 1 tbsp
Ground dried chilli – optional - 1 tbsp
Method:
1. Soak Thai House® Noodles in cold water for 3 minutes. Drain.
2. Heat vegetable oil, break egg into pan and stir fry briefly.
Add prawns or chicken or pork and stir fry for 2 minutes.
3. Pour in Thai House® Noodle sauce and mix in.
Add drained noodles and toss all together.
4. Add bean sprouts and spring onions. Stir fry for further 2 minutes.
5. Place on large plate with chilli, crushed peanuts (optional) & wedge of lemon served at side.
